Tips for Making an Authentic, Delicious Quiche Lorraine:

– Choose Gruyere cheese: This cheese has a rich flavor without being overly fatty, making it perfect for Quiche Lorraine.

– Let the dough rest: Allowing the dough to rest for the right amount of time ensures the crust becomes crispy and does not shrink when baking.

– Bake at the right temperature: Bake at 180°C (350°F) to ensure the quiche cooks evenly and the filling reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.

4. Popular Variations of Quiche Lorraine

Today, Quiche Lorraine has many variations to suit diverse tastes:

– Vegetable Quiche: Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for a fresh, light twist.
